ok, now that favor increases gold items to drop (some think its all rare stuff, like ecto's and such, which its not), i havent seen it
everytime i got gold items to drop, its without favor

i dont see different drop rates with or without
so as far as i can see (what i SEE for MYSELF), this favor either doesnt do anything, or is so minimal, it doesnt matter

what do you think?

ps. favor does NOT make gold items drop more like that, it makes items which can be gold (enemy armor, weapons and offhands) be gold more often.... or it should

also, i make this topic to talk about how we see it, not about asking IF it does work

I have noticed (for the last year or so), that when we have favor I got NO gold drops---I get better drops when we do not have it, I have mentioned to others when we are playing, but no one else seemed to respond.

oh, so i'm not the only one thnking that :P
people lets all wait for favor to go away before we complete our titles, just to get more chance on gold items (joke)

now i expect whole guilds being built, like: We Dont Want [favr] (also joke)

anyway, its kinda weird, and if its a bug/mistake i hope they fix it, and maybe give us an apology which doubles gold drops when having favor

if you read my first post, you can see i get more gold item drops without it, and i havent heard from anyone that gold items drop more with it

how do you know if it really works? and dont go blindly "cuz anet told us" because i havent seen any changes with or without it

Ayumhii, I have read a lot of your input on these forums, and a lot of it is useful input.

But you seem to escalate quickly a lot, and become aggressive very easily. Your post that I quoted here is a fine example of this. This gets peoples' backs up, and you seem to be involved in a lot of arguments that sometimes result in flame wars. Unnecessarily.

If you could tone your attitude down a bit I think you'll have an easier time here with fewer arguments, and enjoy yourself more.

He was just saying that it works. I have no idea if it works or not... I don't go out of Kamadan these days. I got my titles.

Your personal experience doesn't really count for much when it comes to RNG, this is because where some people are lucky, others are unlucky. So while you may experience an increase, it probably isn't, it's probably just you or just a few that may, if you get what I mean.

I'm sure it works how it's supposed to, I have no effect what so ever on gold drops based on favour myself.

i was just explaining that i wasnt looking for "anet says it works, so its good (end of your topic)" as thats what i got from that post
